Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds. Our items cannot be resold once used.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@creativegear.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Creative Gear LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us.
