Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the shipping carrier.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Creative Gear LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@creativegear.shop with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
